If you are unhappy with your order in anyway, please contact us.

In the event you are unhappy with an order you received, please email or call us to let us know so that we can make it right.

Cancelation

You may elect to cancel your order up to 5 days prior to delivery/pickup without giving any reason for doing so. If the order is less than $120.00, you will receive a full refund. If your order total is over $120.00, please request a cancelation, depending on costs incurred, a partial to full refund will be granted.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day you submit your request for cancelation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
